Contrary to popular belief, the Easter Bunny isn't so nice to everyone out there. To celebrate the holiday I've decided to post this video from my friends at Black20.com to remind everyone to be careful this weekend. In all honesty... as much as I tried to fight it, I knew there was no way I was going to be able to write a blog and not write about freakin' Sanjaya at some point. Everyone is writing about how he doesn't deserve to be on American Idol, but the people from VoteForTheWorst.com keep him on week to week. Everyone goes on and on about his hair styles and everything... I don't even have the energy to comment about them at this time, but I can share this.
I found this Sanjaya tribute video that I couldn't restist sharing with everyone. It doesn't really make sense or even look like Sanjaya, but the words are hilarious and it's pretty catchy (you will be singing along after you watch.) So enjoy the clip and you can leave nasty messages for me after.

Clip Du Jour: Mrs. Doubtfire Recut

Every once in a while directors will recut an older movie and re-release it in hopes to reach a different or wider audience. Today's Clip Du Jour is the recut of the 1993 classic Mrs. Doubtfire. With all the recent suspense and thrillers out there, the film has been recut to be slightly edgier and gripping. This time, papa's definitely got a brand new bag. Check out the trailer here.

Apparently I'm in love with Beyonce

So seriously... I think Beyonce is really great, but apparently I'm desperately in love with her this week. So much in fact, that we hung out this morning in Rockefeller Center. Granted, she was actually performing on NBC's TODAY Show to publicize the re-release of B'Day tomorrow, but I like to think she was there to say hey to me again. In case you forgot, Beyonce and I hung out in the very same spot back in December of last year. Clearly she was thirsty for more...

B'Day Deluxe Edition

In a move that actually has major potential to change the way albums are packaged and released, Beyonce has re-released her lastest album B'Day. The remarkable thing about this new "deluxe edition" is that Ms. Knowles has not only added 11 (yes, 11!) new tracks to the disc, but also made a music video for all of the remaining songs. A pretty big move, if you ask me. Granted, about half of the "new" songs are remixes or Spanish versions, but it's definitely worth picking up.

This complete collection, if you will, definitely has the potential to force other artists to change the way they make an album. Instead of cranking out a disc with 10 songs and putting 2 on the radio, artists are really going to have to step up their game. Why make 2 videos when you can make 11?

B'Day Deluxe Edition hits stores on Tuesday, April 3rd and to celebrate the release here are links to all the videos from the disc. Enjoy 'em!
