Er, not quite. Something has been missing from these attempts, so as they've been rolled out they seem like the same exact thing with a few new tricks up their sleeve. When living in an urban area (well, anywhere, really) a big snowfall can be both beautiful and incredibly annoying at the same time. Here in NYC we've had a record amount of snow over the last few months which has stopped mass transit, ruined cars and cause general mayhem in the city.
