A Really Fancy Pizza

New York City is famous for its pizza. As someone who consumes at least one whole pie a week I consider myself somewhat of a pizza expert... and by expert I mean fatty. Last week NBC's Today Show produced a segment that really got my attention. It features an NYC restaurant owner who makes a pizza that costs $1,000. Yes, a grand for pizza.

The owner says that people are actually buying his pizza, which costs over $700 just to make. The reason for the cost is because the pizza pie is apparently topped with different kinds of lobster tail and caviar. I think I'll stick to my $2 cheese slices, thank you.
