Burger King Whopper Freakouts

Anyone who knows me know that I am a fast food connoisseur. A real "fat kid" at heart, if you will. Last night I saw a TV commercial that came close to my worst nightmare. Burger King did a hidden camera ad where they pretended that they no longer carried their world-famous Whopper. They didn't tell the people they were on TV until after the fact, and let me tell you something: People like... really love Whoppers.

Their reactions ranged from suspicious disbelief to complete rage! Do not deny a hungry person their Whopper. Check out the commercial and see for yourself how fired up (or should I say flame-broiled) customers get over their discontinued burger.

Let's hope this never happens in real life. The results could be catastrophic. I, myself, am not a huge fan of the Whopper (don't maim me, Whopper lovers,) but I couldn't imagine sitting down for my favorite meal and having someone tell me that it didn't exist anymore.

That actually reminds me of the time I went to the restaurant called Burgers & Cupcakes (aka my heaven) and they were out of French fries. Um... there were like 5 things on the menu and you are OUT OF FRENCH FRIES?! I was not pleased.

Ok, I'm hungry now... and PS- that King still freaks me out.
