New York City Waterfalls

On Saturday I finally had a chance to check out the New York City Waterfalls public art exhibit near South Street Seaport. You can go to the Waterfalls website to read all about it, but basically an artist created four artificial waterfalls around the south eastern tip of Manhattan. They are located under the Brooklyn Bridge, at Pier 35, at Brooklyn Piers and at Governor's Island.

I took the Circle Line Downtown one-hour Zephyr tour. It was a nice, big boat that went all around the southern tip of Manhattan, right by the Statue of Liberty and back around again. Pretty nice view of the waterfalls and it was only $25. They also have 30-min "Waterfalls" tours available, too. Here's my pictures from the boat.

Have you seen the Waterfalls? What did you think?
