False Advertising?

I'm back home in Western Pennsylvania for a long weekend. While driving to visit my relatives my mom and I made a pit stop at a local hardware store. Here's my question, can we sue them for false advertising? The store name is a little misleading.


Clearly this Beaver has seen better days.
