Mommy, where do our Facebook profiles go when we die?

I've had a few people I know pass away, and their Facebook profiles continue to live on until someone smartly asks for them to be taken down. Until they are removed Facebook walls are turned into homes for online eulogies and deceased are being tagged in photos postmortem.

Should we start putting "Please cancel my Facebook profile" in our wills?
