Time Warp on Discovery Channel

I believe there are two universal truths to the world:
  1. Funny pictures of animals are always funny.
  2. Everything is cooler in slow motion.
We all know that there are tons of web sites out there with funny animal pictures, but Discovery Channel has gone and provided me with my weekly slo-mo fix with their new show Time Warp. The premise is simple, the Time Warp team takes ordinary activities and shows them at super slow speeds to reveal their unseen beauty (or grossness).

The episodes that I have seen so far included a man juggling chainsaws, some guys breaking bricks with their fists, and a bunch of random objects being annihilated inside an industrial-strength blender. You'd be amazed and how beautiful strawberries getting hacked up can be! If you don't believe the sheer coolness of the concept, check out a promo from the show below:

Cool, right?

Time Warp
airs on the Discovery Channel on Wednesday nights at 8pm... set your DVRs!
