Kirstan Gides gave me a ring last night to share some exciting news. Kirstan, who lives near LA, was waiting table last night at The Sunset Restaurant and waited on none other than Baby Spice herself, Ms. Emma Bunton! If you know me or read my blog, you know I have a particular fancy towards the Spice Girls (check out my concert photos

here) Kirstan said Emma was very lovely and kind, and that her son, Beau, was beautiful. I love the fact that she thought enough of me to call me up from LA and give me the news!
I felt special to get a phone call from Kirstan for another reason... she's also quite a little starlet herself! Kirstan moved out to LA with her family and has been making her way through some film and television work, and was recently featured in a music video for Jason Mraz's song "The Beauty In Ugly."
