Radar's Bad Tattoos
I came across this feature on Radar Magazine's website about the worst and most-regrettable tattoos ever. Everyone has seen tattoos on people and thought, "what exactly where they thinking?" but these ones are probably some of the weirdest and worst ever. Here are a few of my faves...
