Beyond having the most number of designers ever (17 in total) each episode will now be 90 minutes long! Runway will now air Thursday nights at 9pm on Lifetime. Check out this beautiful promo for the new season:
In other news, Runway will not be followed by Models of the Runway anymore. Instead, it will be followed by the new show On the Road with Austin & Santino featuring Runway faves Austin Scarlett and Santino Rice, which follows the two on a cross-country trip transforming deserving women.
But back to Season 8... Check out the new roster of designers.

Looks like an interesting and young cast (only 6/17 are over 30.) I can't wait to see what 50-year-old Peach is like. I love her because of her name alone!
